PETG, PLA+ or TPU?
PETG
- Light, impact resistant and our standard choice for wearable fursuit bases
- Better heat resistance than PLA+, but every printed part should still be kept away from high heat
PLA+
- Rigid and detailed, suited to decorative accessories and display pieces
- Lower heat resistance than PETG, so it is not our first choice for a wearable base
TPU
- Flexible and impact tolerant where a rigid print could crack
- Best for parts designed to bend or take repeated knocks
