Start by reading our TOS so you know exactly how we work, what is covered, and what to expect before we begin.
- Step 02
Request a free quote
Send us your reference sheet*, commission type, and any special requests. Check our pricing page for estimates.
- Step 03
Design & consultation
We go over your idea, confirm details, and agree on the price for your commission.
- Step 04
Secure your slot
A 30% nonrefundable deposit confirms your slot in the queue. You pay the rest in flexible installments, at no extra cost.
- Step 05
Creation & updates
Most commissions take several months. Track yours on our public Trello queue, with WIP photos to your DMs.
- Step 06
Shipping & aftercare
Once your commission is fully paid, we ship worldwide, tracked and insured, and we keep helping you with any questions or care after delivery.
